~= The 10 mins Vipassana Meditation breaks I attempt to take and recommend every 1-2 hours or at least once a day!
Will be trying NSDR in my next 10 mins break to experience the difference if any, and report back.
I’m assuming the outcome of feeling re-energised would be the same 🙂
PS: NSDR was reportedly coined by Dr. Andrew Huberman, a neuroscientist at Stanford University, who has been studying—and practicing—it for more than a decade.
In an interview with podcaster Tim Ferris, Huberman says he chose the term and acronym because he believed it would be more palatable to people who are not comfortable with meditation or yoga.
